Teatime: 5 delicious recipes
For some people, the preparation, serving, and enjoyment of tea may be a whole ritual, but here in the Balkans and as well-known gourmets, we are content with the essence, the taste. And if tea in Greece is not as popular as coffee, this is probably due to the fact that we do not know how we can promote it, combined with other flavors and aromas, so that it is also a tasty drink.
So, we have discovered for you 5 original, delicious, and very easy recipes for tea drinks that you can prepare for your friends, instead of coffee, in the coming cold days of winter. In order to impress them, even more (and because, as we said, I am a gourmand) we suggest you a recipe for wonderful chocolate muffins that will accompany your tea perfectly. Enjoy!

Chocolate muffin
Ingredients (for 12 muffins)
1 άνι cup flour for all uses
Or a cup of sugar
Άνι cup of chocolate powder (for a drink)
2 eggs
Or a cup of melted unsalted butter
Two vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup fresh milk
2 chocolates of your choice
Method of preparation
To prepare the muffins, we need a mixer. If we do not have a mixer, we can of course mix them by hand. Pour all our ingredients in the mixer and mix them on medium speed until well combined.
We start by throwing the flour in the cup of the mixer. Add the sugar. Add the chocolate powder. Put the two eggs in a small bowl. Beat them very lightly with a fork. Add the egg mixture to the mixer. Then add the vanilla. Next is the baking powder. And last but not least, the butter (which we previously melted in a kettle).
With the mixer on medium speed, beat all the ingredients until well combined. Our mixture is quite thick for this and we will dilute it with a little milk. Stop the mixer for a while and add the milk (as it rises – about 1/3 of a cup).
